The 12th International Conference TEXTEH 2025 represents a prestigious International Conference in the field of
textiles and connected industries, organized by the National Research and Development Institute for Textiles and Leather,
Bucharest, Romania, on October 23rd-24th, 2025, at the headquarters of the General Association of Engineers of Romania (A.G.I.R.).
With a tradition of 18 years, International Conference TEXTEH brings together scientists,
researchers, students and stakeholders from all around the world, in order to share their
theoretical and practical knowledge in various disciplines, exchange scientific ideas,
expand scientific cooperation and facilitate new valuable partnerships.
Based on previous scientific achievements, successful international recognition by inclusion
of the TEXTEH previous editions’ proceedings in international databases, as well
as on rigorous peer review criteria, TEXTEH XII aims to inspire future research projects,
and to attract and involve companies, universities and public authorities in collaborative
partnerships focused on economical and societal problems of national and international interest.
All the accepted papers will receive a unique DOI and will be included in TEXTEH XII
Proceedings published by SCIENDO. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in
international databases such as Clarivate, SCOPUS, EBSCO, ProQuest, Index Copernicus and others.
The topics are in line with ETTP's vision for the development and demonstration of
new technologies and innovative business models for the competitive manufacturing of
safe and sustainable textile products (and related services) made from low-impact functional
materials and clean processes in regional, circular, and fully traceable supply chains for
quality jobs, industrial competitiveness, and responsible consumption in Europe.
